“I love the wool factory I love how easy the web site is how quickly you post it the orders and your enthusiasm makes me feel like I'm an important customer. But.....I tried on 5 different occasions yesterday to become a VIP and avail on the wee extras with the order I was making but it would not go through seemed like a perform on your end as I was able to place the order ok but not the VIP order so I lost it on my extra savings”

“Hi Girls got my yarn the next day so no complaints there ,,but when I used the pale mauve yarn it had FOUR knots in the length I don't mind one knot now and again but that was taking the Mickey,,,everything else is good,,,,”

“I'm always pleased with the products I have bought from the Wool Factory. But I think the website is a nightmare! It takes ages to find what you want, when you click for more details you don't go back to the place you left and a number of other 'niggly' things. It just seems like it's not been finished properly and maybe done in a rush.”

“I have always been very pleased with all the items I have had from the Wool factory. Quality and price of yarns is very good however a few times the yarns I am looking for are out of stock. (Obviously popular ). The orders arrive very quickly which is always welcome”
