“I love this company, their emails are warm and cuddly, so is their service and prompt dispatch. My orders arrive in recyclable boxes and have tissue paper on the top. it's the little things”

“Very good prices, and the quality of the wool is decent. However my order got misplaced or was delayed during picking, and it took longer than expected. Communication regarding tracking the postage was a little poor too. Good quality products, but communication could be a little better.”

“I was sent the wrong shade, but was promised a replacement - yet to arrive. As a goodwill gesture, I was told I could keep the yarn I was sent by mistake. I appreciate that, but I am still waiting for the correct shade to be sent.”

“Delivery received promptly and all as ordered, very pleased with service. However my wool was in a large cardboard box, not in protective bags. I understand fully the importance of trying to use less plastic but experience in receiving parcels (not yourselves) has been very negative with corners bashed, open and damaged items. I would appreciate protective packaging in future, and if this has to be plastic I can assure you I do make good use of any plastic. Thank you for your service, very much appreciated.”

“Lovely selection of wools , bit disappointed with a couple of balls, one not being true to shade and one being more of a cotton style than wool, but maybe i didnt read the description properly . As a whole though very pleased with the quality and delivery time. Will be ordering again”

“Excellent service but on website conflicting discriptions yarn band will have ie dk aran chunky then underneath it'll have a different discriptions of what thickness yarn is”
