“I ordered Cygnet Utopia yarn and Drops light. Both yarns are good, the Utopia knits up very well, the drops yarn also very good, this is the 2nd lot of this yarn I have purchased from The Wool Factory. The yarn is very well priced and the delivery is very good and quick too. I recommend The Wool Factory.”

“Our crotchet hook set was delivered on time , was well packaged and looks exactly as on your website. It has been bought as a birthday gift for our daughter on the 19th Nov so although the quality appears very good I cannot comment on how good they are to work with.”
