“The only criticism of the wool factory is that it seems to take ages to replenish the double knitting wool that is out of stock and some colours seem to take ages to come back in even with an email alert to say they are back in. Listing only the colours available would be preferable so I don't have to click on every colour I want only to find its out of stock !”

“A Christmas gift that was ‘wool’ received by my Mum, who is a knitting fanatic. Knitting has been her salvation through lockdown. She was really pleased with her ‘woolly’ lovely practical gift, the colours chosen and the quality. She doesn’t have the facility to order online herself but has said she can get a neighbour to do so on her behalf. So she was impressed enough to become a repeat customer in the future.”

“The wool was just what I expected, but the delivery took 2 weeks. This was not your fault it was the build up to Christmas. The busy time for Royal Mail.”

“My order came very quick but my pattern wasn’t in the parcel I am waiting for this pattern baby chunky so I can start my baby blanket. “I purchased some DK wool in the clearance sale, which I was delighted with. The delivery was fast and the colours were lovely. I ordered 10 different colours to make blanket squares with but could only use 9 as 1 ball was chunky and therefore not suitable. When I questioning this I got a very prompt reply to say that they don't know what they being sent and some wool is wrongly labelled. There was no offer of a replacement as requested. Be prepared to have wastage if ordering different colours. Still good value though”

“Majority of order was fine but disappointed with the white wool I ordered as the colour was not white. More like a mucky cream colour. No good for crocheting snowmen. Fortunately I had only ordered one ball of it. Delivery was good.”
