“The Wool Factory has become my no1 go to for all my knitting & crochet wants and needs. I've been subscribed for a couple months to the knitting subscription box and get excited every month for the next one. Delivery service is amazing and variety/quality of yarn is excellent. I live all the way up in Liverpool so I can't actually visit the store but hopefully one day I will. I also hope the company continues to do well as I think they are all doing an amazing job.”

“I have ordered wool from The Wool Factory on many occasions and have never been disappointed. The website is easy to navigate, the offers are amazing and the colours true to life. The parcels arrive very quickly and I'm kept up to date with the progress. Frankly, there is nothing at all to complain about.
