“Every order placed has been received within three days of my order. The yarns purchased are of good quality. I wouldn't use anyone else for my yarns. Also there is a very wide choice of manufacturers. In all an excellent service all round.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the quickness of my last order. I had a lot of problems with the order before this one and decided never to use the wool factory again. However I thought maybe I would give it one more try and so happy I did. I am happy with the wool and the service was awesome.”

“I make blankets for our local cancer charity shop and have been told people are buying them on a regular basis and are very happy with them. i find the wool to be good quality and reasonably priced. Delivery is very good also.”

“Excellent service and yarn is great, the only thing I would say is better packaging please, my last parcel had a hole in it the outer plastic where it have been picked up and yarn inside was clearly visible.”
