“We are very pleased with quality of the wool and the service also. Their site is very easy to navigate although one of the brands appears to be missing (Majestic), hope it comes back soon”

“My order arrived within a few days, which was fine as I wasn't in a hurry for it. It arrived nicely packed in a cardboard box. Haven't started knitting with any of the wool I ordered yet, so unable to comment on the quality etc., but it does look very nice.”

“Fantastic service, quick delivery, quality wool. Only problem, one of the balls of the grey wool I purchased, was in several bits when I got towards the end of it. Probably a couple of metres was in broken pieces.”

“I have always been happy with past service however, this time it fell short. Having placed an order, I then went shopping and found exactly the colour wool I wanted (I was dubious ordering this colour online) I sent an e-mail within an hour asking for it to be removed from my order, 3 days later my order was dispatched including the items I asked to be removed. I sent another E-mail. Neither E-mail was responded to. Wool factory has lost a customer through appalling customer service”
