I ordered 7 balls blue wool and 1of white you sent me message to say you didn't have any in stock so I sent a message to say I would like a refund,they following week you sent me no white and 6 balls of blue
if a garment needs 7 balls why did you send me 6.
looking on your website you had plenty of both.
