“Excellent service from The Wool Factory, always arrives promptly, prices are good. This order I have to pay customs duty in Ireland so I have not recieved my order yet. I have ordered, and received delivery without having to pay duty previously since Brexit in January 2021. I don't understand why I have to pay it this time....... I do hope this will not be an ongoing issue as I love the Jarol Herirage wool which I can only get from The Wool Factory and other wools I have purchased. I recommended The Wool Factory 100%”
