“Quick service is important to me. During the time I have been using The Wool Factory I have received both fast service and great value for money. During a very busy time for them during lockdown I received notifications as to the status of my order. I was impressed with this. This is my 'go to' company for all of my needs and I see no reason to change. My congratulations to them they deserve to go from strength to strength.”
