“It's rare that a particular yarn I'm looking for isn't carried by The Wool Factory. The prices are on par with (if not better than) other yarn retail websites, the inventory is often better, and delivery has always been fast—even during the pandemic, when I expected long delays in delivery (especially free delivery!), I received my orders within a week at most. I've always been happy with this site and will always place orders here.”

“The Wool factory web site I found easy to navigate, despite having difficulty with my PayPal account. The company kept my order, emailed me back with a log in to allow me to pay using a different method. The order arrived complete and the quality of the wool is excellent. I will have no hesitation in using this site again. Thank you.”

“I purchased Aran wool which is absolutely lovely. It knits up a dream with no knots at all, which are very frustrating. This is now my go to place to purchase wool. Quality is superb, prices are very competitive, delivery is prompt. I'm really pleased with the results. I would recommend the Wool Factory any time”
