“I ordered crochet cotton in the afternoon. It arrived the following day. The cottonis high quality and a perfect colour match for the dress I'm adding panels to. I got a very witty email confirming my order which I don't normally read but this one conjured up a lovely place to work in. Excellent highly recommend”

“I cannot praise this team enough. I have ordered online and received notification that my order is ready within 30 minutes! I visit the shops to get advice on matching wools, colours, gain ideas and get hugs! 🤗 It is more like belonging to a family than being a customer and long May it last!”

“I ordered a lot of yarn (the wool factory own brand) for next day delivery and it all came on time and the quality of the yarn is very good quality too!
