“It is a pleasure to dea lwith The Wool Factory. The service is quick and the cost excellent so good value. The factory was my salvation during the lockdowns as I was able to continue with my knitting for our local hospital without having to go out to shop!”

Hi Frances, We replied to your email regarding your order and did not receive a reply back. We emailed regarding confirmation of your delivery address and we have since received your parcel back with a note from Royal Mail stating 'no such address' It is a shame that we was not given the chance to rectify your missing parcel before leaving a negative review.
