“I recently ordered a digital knitting pattern which I cant find anywhere on my phone. I have emailed the Wool Favtory twice and have had no reply so therefore overpaid for something whochbo dont have.”

“The wool I purchased was of really great quality and I am enjoying knitting with it. It was well priced and arrived within a few days. I will use the Wool Factory again but unfortunately not very often as I have arthritis in both my hands which limits the amount of knitting I can do at one sitting.”
