I ordered 4 patterns. 1 pattern arrived with 2 free patterns of which are no use to me. 3 x patterns were downloads although I was given to understand they were paper patterns. I have not received the download patterns. Have left numerous voicemail messages and sent 3 emails. No response from either. This as now been going on for 2 weeks. Very disappointed and definitely won't be using them in future.
