“Love the Wool Factory. I enjoy walking round exploring all the nooks and crannies and when I can’t get in personally I order online and that service is excellent as well. The staff are helpful and friendly - really what’s not to like?”

“Yarn delivered promptly and well packaged. Have had 3 deliveries and delighted with the quality and true colours of the yarn. Used the yarn for crochet projects. Out of stock items were timely communicated when back in stock. 1 x item size wrong ly received and issue dealt with immediately. Would definitely recommend this company.”
