“I recommend The Wool Factory. All their yarns are a very reasonable price. There own brands are excellent. The yarn is soft and lovely to work with. I now purchase all my yarn from them now.”

“What amazing and rapid service from The Wool Factory. My order came the next day. Remarkable!!! Not only that I phoned to see if they would add another ball of wool to the order after I had made it on line. The girl who answered was so lovely and helpful. Nothing was any bother. And then it came beautifully wrapped!!! It was like a present. My order was very small but I was treated as though I had spent a fortune. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future. Great service.”

“I have been purchasing my yarns from The Wool Factory for about 5 years and have never been disappointed with any of my orders. The service is quick and it is despatched promptly, I have usually received my order within 3/4 days of purchase. On one occasion I made an error in my order and emailed them, the error was corrected for me and I received the product I needed. Many thanks Wool Factory.”
