“What amazing and rapid service from The Wool Factory. My order came the next day. Remarkable!!! Not only that I phoned to see if they would add another ball of wool to the order after I had made it on line. The girl who answered was so lovely and helpful. Nothing was any bother. And then it came beautifully wrapped!!! It was like a present. My order was very small but I was treated as though I had spent a fortune. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future. Great service.”
