“I've been using wool from wool factory for a while now. It's the best wool I've ever bought. It Knits beautiful and washes nice. I haven't had any complaints at all and I've done a lot of orders for people. Wouldn't buy it from anywhere else. xxxxx”

“Very good service and lovey products. There’s a good variety of wools and other products. On this occasion I ordered King Kong bramble in Haze. The colours are absolutely gorgeous and the yarn knits up really well I would definitely recommend The Wool Factory!”

“I ordered a mystery box and was really surprised at the content. There were several different types of wool in the box from chunky to dk. The colour blends were very complimentary of eachother. Will definitely order from The Wool Factory again”

“I received the 2 packs of wool and they are nice colours and the wool looks very nice. I will know more when I have knitted with them. I hope the wool doesn’t split and will wash well.”
