“Cannot find fault with the Wool Factory their site is so easy to negotiate and the endless choice of goods is great. Their prices are great and delivery is excellent order one day here the next all i can say is keep up the good work.”

“Unfortunately, I had to ask about my wool as I hadn't received it. I Emailed, had a swift response and received my wool two days later. They had moved premises and it was just unfortunate timing. I could accept this and their prompt response will not stop me ordering or recommending this company.”

“I have subscribed to the crochet and knitting boxes since January. I have enjoyed making the different projects and look forward to the ones I haven't completed yet. When I have contacted the Wool Factory with a query they were very helpful. I like the variety of different yarns but it would be helpful to give some indication of how many balls needed against the different patterns, although I recognise that would be difficult with the different sizes and if using different yarns.”
