Any damages made in transit will be replaced. all we require is proof of damages, this can be done by sending us a picture via email. We will then send out replacements to you, for delivery ASAP. “I had been looking for tiles suitable for an outside door step on behalf of my elderly mother for some time as the existing ones had been in place over 60 years and started to crack. She needed the edge tile to be bevelled and only needed just over 60 tiles in total so we didn’t want to have to buy whole boxes and have lots unused. Tile Experience responded to my email requesting a sample within an hour and the sample was received the following day. It was excellent quality and mother approved - hallelujah! I placed the order, adding a few extra tiles in case of breakages and the order arrived 2 days later all in excellent condition. I can’t praise Tile Experience enough, fabulous customer service, great price and excellent quality product.”

“I placed an order for 40 external tiles ,they arrived in cery good time but unfortunatly 16 of the tiles were chipped possibly in transit,i called Tile experience who offered to replace the tiles, with no fuss ,no questions and i received the replacement tiles within 5 days. Brilliant service would definitely use again .”

“Excellent service. Only wanted 5kg but they had not got the two 2.5kg bags I ordered so they sent me a 10 kg bag. Initiative which enabled me to finish the job.”
