“Excellent customer service. Tiles ordered online recieved where slightly smaller than listed so additional needed. Online ordering defaulted to bulk postal charges for 2 tiles! Contacted customer service who promptly dispatched additional 2 tiles at a very respectable postal charge. Tiles recieved the next day.”

“Hi, this is the second order 000040876 i have received from yourselves, unfortunately 7 of the tiles were damged in transit . It looks like the package had been dropped damaging the corner of the package although the labelling was clearly marked " fragile " . Accidents happen but it looks like a word with your couriers may be needed.”

“Hi I have only just open my tiles that were bubble rapped there was about 35 tiles all broken I am now short I needed about 125 tiles I ordered about 170 an now I am short”
