“I ordered online only for 12 terracotta bull none tiles. The next day I realised I needed 2 double bull nose ones so rang to alter the order if possible but all operators were busy, left a message for call back but in my experience this does not always happen. Within an hour I was contacted and added the extra tiles I wanted. It’s great to see even a small tile order was regarded as important Well done tile experience”

“This is the first time I have used tile experience and I will certainly use them again. Very easy to order online and they also kindly accommodated an adjustment to my order, When I realised I wanted more bags. Ordered on a Friday afternoon. With Delivery expected Tuesday. Arrived Monday morning on a pallet perfectly packed and wrapped. If only all online purchases were this easy. Thank you!!”

“Verry happy with the tiles purchased and delivered on time, one tile was broken but that was caused by a pallet falling onto the pack as it was getting off loaded, just one of those things. would happily buy from this company again.”
