“I ordered a Sample which was dispatched same day and delivered quickly by Royal Mail. Nice Quality Tile, but sadly not the thickness I need. Maybe this could be added to the dimensions on the website?”

“I needed to order three sample tiles for a job we have coming up soon. There was an offer for 'free' sample tiles. I was not able to work out how to take you up on the offer?? The samples are fine and we will order soon. Just a comment”

“I've been struggling to find 10x10 tiles for a while to replace existing broken tiles, and finally found them on Tile Experience! The ordering process was nice ans simple- I appreciated being able to order by number of tiles rather than area needed as I only needed a small quantity. They were dispatched and delivered within 48hrs with very good communication from Tile Experience and the courier. The tiles were wrapped very securely with many layers of bubble wrap and in a compact box with fragile tape over it. I had no broken tiles and a very positive experience using this company”

“Small order but treated just as important. CalL from them concerned about breakage so delivered on their van. Not delivered next day to protect against damage so delivered by their courier .Packaging perfect, Tiles as ordered.”

“First rate service. Ordered a sample to check the tile matched my existing tiles (which are no longer available from retailers in small quantities). This arrived qucily and so ordered the number I required to "patch up" some missing/damaged tiles. These arrived within a few days.”
