“I live in a rented property and over time the tiles slowly started coming away from the kitchen walls.. My landlord sent his handyman around who unfortunately done an appalling job.. As I do not plan to move anytime soon, I took them off, cleaned them up and replaced them.. Some broke in the process and tile experience helped match the existing tiles. For someone doing a first time DIY project, tile experience made the process very easy. Customer service was amazing.. The team are very helpful.”

“I got a tile sample for free but unfortunately did not match the ones I have after a rewire needed just a few with a close match. Service was fast and the tile seems of good quality. Many thanks. A good idea to have samples as one cannot be sure when looking at photos.”

“I was let down on a particular tile from another online company, after phoning endless companies for a similar looking and sized tile I found The Tile Experience had just what I needed. (great costomer service on the phone). I paid for the next day delivery and it did not let me down, the tiles arrived the next day by 9am. and all in good order and well packed. (unlike the other company) However The delivery cost was quite expensive, I believe I paid over £50 on 8m2 of tiles, and the quality of the tile was not the best, they broke quite easy in the tile cutter and were on the thin side. This said they got me out of trouble on a job and that could have set me back a couple of weeks. Thank you”
