“It is easy to click and collect tiles from the warehouse, and also it dont have to be in a box of tiles but can issue what customer wants, I think.”

“Positive experience. Ordered 2 lots of samples that arrived very quickly, and eventually made an order of porcelaine victorian tiles. They also arrived quickly and were all in tact unlike a previous order from another company. Judging by the van logo I think they use a specialist tile delivery service, or their own vans.”

“I have ordered 4 aluminium trim samples and received one piece of plastic. I don't really know why they even bothered. Worse than a bad joke. 2 stars for the stamp.”

“I was impressed by the free tile which I originally obtained to check the colour. Although it was slightly darker than the existing tiles I needed to extend, it was acceptable when mixed with a few original spares. I then purchased a few more tiles, but the extension has not yet been done.”
