“I ordered a couple of sample tiles and they BOTH arrived broken. Which I’m not surprised about when it came in thin packaging with no protection. I’d rather of paid for the samples if I knew they’d turn up in one piece.”

“Fast delivery. Although came from a diffferent company. This was confusing when i got a call from delivery driver saying he had a delivery from a company name I didnt recognise. He had to go in the back of his truck to tell me what was on the box.”
