“I had already spoken to James about tiles through email and he was very helpful. So i thought i would order two samples of different tiles to look and the color,style and size of them before i go ahead and order any. They arrived with a crash on the floor as they went through the letterbox but i was surprised they were both still in one piece when i opened package.”

“The next day delivery was excellent and the driver was very helpful and friendly. He would not let me take the two boxes of tiles from him because of the weight. Very thoughtful. The tiles have not been used as yet. Hopefully tomorrow the builder will start edging my fish pond with them. I will send a photo when finished.”

Hi Nick, Thank you for your review. Sadly on occasions when orders leave us and go into the hands of couriers, these things happen. Especially as tiles are fragile. We are always happy to replace any damaged tiles free of charge. If you need any replacements, please let us know. Kind regards.
