“Firstly very good pricing. Very helpful on phone - looked up out of stock marmot shower stone and got it dispatched very quickly. Finally when item arrived damaged by third party they immediately followed up with a replacement and had the old one taken away. Will use again and highly recommend to others.”

Hi Barry. thanks so much for purchasing through our website. glad we got most of the experience right :) We are busy working on new delivery methods that would allow us to offer a cheaper delivery cost but would have a longer delivery time frame. Our couriers work on volume and weight and so 40kgs tends to be a bit more expensive to ship especially next day. Have a great week Regards The Tile Experience
