“The tiles have yet to be laid! Given which, the price and delivery were excellent. The web site was too quick to respond, making it a little tricky to use. Probably easier next time (which there may not be - our house is nearly finished.) Vey helpful phone calls and sample despatch in response to questions by e-mail. You appear not to answer your phone!! You should be more widely known. Why were we not told of you by tradesmen etc, instead discovering you through Google.”
