“The order has been "shipped" on 12/08, but according to tracking, it has not been handed over to the carrier on 12/13. Now they asked me for a review, so here it is.”

“Love the Pi, but very upset my PayPal email address was shared with a third party without my explicit consent. The next question asks how I communicated with you and doesn't list sale. So the how long to reply is also a pointless question. Great choice on third party, should have implemented your own, then you wouldn't be violating GDPR.”

“Attempted to place an order and confirmed cost for delivery at £2.99 for UK. After wasting time attempting to place an order, it seems that Northern Ireland according to PiHut is not in the UK. If there is an issue with delivery’s to Northern Ireland(UK), I would suggest that you update your site to read Great Britain for £2.99 delivey cost and state costs or restriction of posting for Northern Ireland customers or would be Northern Ireland customers.”

“Hi Jamie, I’ve actually not had it yet!! Post Office claiming it’s been delivered but it’s certainly not! It’s a Xmas gift for my son and I don’t know where to turn now. Was giving the post office until the weekend and was hoping they’d deliver but I’m really worried now. Is there anything you can do from your side? Would really appreciate your help. Thanks Sheril”

“The worst transaction I have ever had. No item received. Without explanation, the raspi has been refunded but the 20£ shipping cost has not. I opened a ticket but I had no answer. I kindly ask to refund the shipping cost as well, since for an unknown reason I didn't receive anything.”

“I ordered two Relay HAT boards for a Raspberry Pi 3B+. The boards have pin numbers that are not Board or BCM and there are no instructions on what the pin allocations are and how to use the boards. I have been on the Waveshare website but that is no help. I can't see how to arrange to return the boards to Pi Hut and so am rather stuck and unhappy.”

“Shopping - great, no probs at all. Getting GPIO working - a nightmare! There is no simple guidance as to how you can get GPIO to work (just look at the bad experiences that people have had, MANY hundreds of problems that users have had). Then - gpiozero, all problems solved!!!!!”
