“sent several emails - I am an ignorant laymen - I thought I could buy something from you and you would tell me what to do step 1 step 2 etc. simple steps ---not tell me to learn about programming etc. and I have no idea what to do and I do not want to return the goods ------------help!”

“I unfortunately never reviewed my package, luckily it wasn’t anything expensive. As I had not chosen a tracked shipment method (none came up when I ordered, it does now), then they say, there’s nothing they can do about it, so money out the window 😞”

“My order has not arrived. It is lost in Turkey somewhere. It was sent by DHL NOT international post as requested. Billie was "looking into it" but nothing has come of it. My name was spelt wrong. I would not use your company again nor recommend you to others.”

“Bough two of these the first one I had to cut the back battery cover to fit as it was poking up, the second controller doesn't work at all with the battery cover on. Don't waste you're money this is utter rubbish increadbly disappointed”

“F-cking disaster. The description of the product claimed a lens and stand but you never shipped the stand. It took days for your company to respond to inqueries. After a week, it offered a refund but not free shipping to return it after admitting the error. I will never do business with Pi Hut and will disparage it at every opportunity I get.”

“Bought as a gift that was rejected. Cost me £9 in postage for my efforts. Buy a computer from Amazon at least the returns are free.”

“A small one company you said, so you've as expected to take care of your Customers with a triple care. Nothing of that I've seen from Billie on my request #87965 back from Apr 13. Although sporting the lack of politeness and professionalism, your company provided with no tracking info for the international shipments, base level. Will no longer do business with you, simple.”

“I hele rating for this products about 12 days and then there was a surprise of taxes for import about 30% of the total. So in the future I will order in the EU!”
