“I've been asked to write a review before I've received the goods I ordered. The reason is because PiHut still uses Royal Mail who are totally unreliable. RM tell me they have tried to make the delivery on two different days, on both of which I and my family were at home all day, no dockets were left. Neither was the parcel left in my designated safe place. Did RM really try to deliver my parcel? Who knows when it will be delivered? Maybe it's been lost or stolen! PiHut please change your delivery company!”

“The fact that orders can’t be modified or cancelled on a electronics parts store is baffling. There are many ways to implement this but you choose to go the long route and have the user receive the wrong order and then send it back. Perfect in case of international orders :/”

“No, I had a bad experience with Pi Hut because it hasn't arrived yet for like 8 days now and you haven't even sent it yet and it might be lost in the post so Pi Hut have some responsibility or I will never buy from it hasn't arrived yet so send it now or you'll be scamming me”

“you have a limit of 1 raspberry pi per person, which I respect. However, when I tried to order a second on the next day, it was canceled. When I inquired at what frequency, I was told - One per customer, forever. How lame is that? I won't be ordering again - for lack of clarity and rudeness.”

“Ordered on 19th December and paid for tracked next day delivery. Still hasn’t arrived. Tracking info shows it hasn’t left Royal Mail depo yet. Hardly next day 24 hr delivery as advertised”

“Sorry, the 1 star is because on "ORDER #723807" the item "A7600E LTE Cat-1 HAT for Raspberry Pi" is defective. It has been on my shelf waiting for the time that it was needed for the past 6 months. That time was today. From what I can tell the device is just searching for a network (The red light won't stop flashing after power-up) according to the device webpage. I don't know what to do now, I guess it's only 6 months old so it should be covered under warranty. Is the item returnable under warranty?”

“After 20 days my raspberry is lost somewhere in Europe. Maybe in Europe. Any tracking give me information after the 4th of December and today is the 21st. It's a very poor service for a 10£ shipping cost.”
