“I was a very enthusiastic purchaser of a Raspberry Pi 4 for my 13 year old grandson who won the Mandarin prize for his age group in Scotland organized by Cambridge University.. Unfortunately he has handed it back to me and said that it is not his 'cup of tea' which is very disappointing. I have done some programming in my time and found the Raspberry Beginners Guide very disappointing. The print is excessively small for easy legibility and the excessive use of colours is badly planned with a complete lack of clear focus. For example, using blue text on a blue background and purple text on a purple background defies all logic for clear explanation. The frequent use of yellow text on a white background is also 'fuzzy' and off putting. In conclusion therefore, the actual computer is brilliant but the Beginners Guide requires a complete functional re-write.......!!”

“First order was amazing service, received my items the next day. Second order was delivered according to Royal Mail but I never received the items. It has now been 6 days, a ticket was raised with immediate feedback but I am still without my items.”

“Unfortunately it is the second order I am waiting overtime for the delivery. The first one was never shipped and The PiHut refunded it to me. Is it possibile that by checking the least expensive shipment method we have no tracking service?? I find it really annoying and upsetting”

“Having to chase up a defective part to an Argon M2 as I cant return a product that doesn't work. Still waiting for a replacement from the manufacturer. For all I know it may never arrive. Feel fobbed off”

“Got a faulty screen and its taken litteral weeks before you would take it back after first going back and forth to the manufacture like you told me to, only to be told they cant help because It wasn't from them!? Why tell me to contact them then and waste my time? Only after weeks of going back and forth to what was the wrong place you told me to go to and then me complaining about it, then do you decide I can send it back? Why did I have to go through such a long and useless procedure for litteraly nothing??”
