“One of the items in my order was non-functional. The USB-C power cord with a switch does not power the Raspberry Pi, and there is an LED on the switch module that never lights up. I was exploring how to return it, but got kicked out of the system before I could complete the task. If it had all worked on day one, you'd get 5 stars.”

“Order went well. However, the temperature sensitive strip doesn't seem to work as expected. It's almost black (about 5C) when cold and at around room temperature(25C) it's dark brown. It doesn't seem to contrast much with change in temperature but I might be using it in the wrong temperature range.”

“You only find out how good a service really is when something goes wrong. The item I ordered wouldn't work properly. Assuming the promised refund appears, the reaction from pihut has been faultless and prompt. I won't fail to shop there again.”

“My recent shopping experience was really good. Finding items to purchase, ordering, and payment were all easy. Shipping was a bit of grey area. My shipment was sent international to the United States of America, but even with the tracking number, it was difficult to find out where the item was, or when it would arrive. The only other downside, was that at the time of ordering, you were out of the Molex 4-way nano-fit connectors with wire to go with the CarPiHat Pro I purchased. I see they are back in stock now, but unfortunately I've already purchased them elsewhere. Overall though, it was a good experience, and The Pi Hut is definitely on the list of places to shop when I need something that can't be sourced locally. Thank you for your care and attention.”

“Arrived the day after ordering (even though initially stated as being a pre-order). Generally very good experience to date using pi os and ubuntu. It would have helped to know I had to remove a piece of plastic to connect the fan. Some things, especially in pi os run slower than I expected.”
