“The lack of cheaper delivery options was unfortunate. However with the existing delivery option, the item arrived earlier than expected, and the parcel was undamaged, so it wasn't all bad.”

“Delivery was very quick, too quick. I like that the products are curated for the raspberry pi. So the compatibility is certain. Prices sometimes can be high, mostly accounting for the delivery. I would have happily waited longer for a cheaper option.”

“Most of the items I wanted were i stock, a couple of small items missing and I had to choose others, I did rush the order slightly and it ended up that my friend had ordered some bits himself, I wanted to cancel the order and change it but saw it was impossible, this is a shame as if I end up sending it all back, it will have been a waste of everyones time and money.”

“The pi came quickly and as it is a present I have no idea if it works. The ordering process was not good, the site froze during the payment process and it needed a computer reset to get back .Not really knowing if the payment had been taken. Ordered again and all went well, I will have to check my account to be sure that I only paid once.”

“Really fast service. Website a bit difficult to navigate and sometimes misleading on pricing (eg keyboard offered turned out to be non-UK style). Easier to find products using Google than via the website. Info on products incomplete (software on SD card not specified). FAQs written by nerds and not helpful to newbies. Generally excessive use of jargon. However, once you fight you way through all this, products are well-priced and generally of good quality.”

“Shopping experience was good. All items delivered promptly. Not sure the LCD module is working. Unfortunately as the item is plastic packaged PiHut have to assume 3rd party items are 100%, but could be Uno4 Wifi board Unfortunately I'm new to this, and no mount ot sample code, Tutorials, YouYTube videos can get it working-so pretty dissapointing first experience. reluctant to keep buying I2C modules just to see which side of the comms is at fault - Hmmm”

“Next-day delivery and great service. Lots of options at very reasonable prices. My browser struggled a little with the site, though. The buttons to select how much RAM I wanted on my Raspberry Pi were unresponsive, and I had to edit my cart a couple of times before my order matched what I wanted.”

“The Pi Hut was good, sent me a Home Assistant Green that works fine, and sent it quick! My only gripe is that they used Royal Mail and with me being at work and them delivering at whatever time during the day that suits them, I missed two deliveries because they wouldn't follow the instructions I'd added about where to leave the parcel. Probably cos it would mean climbing to the third floor of my black of flats! So eventually I had to go to the parcel office after work, and it was closed!!! They only open from 8am to 10am !! So I had a 2 day delay in getting my parcel. WATCH OUT - SEE IF YOU CAN CHOOSE ANOTHER DELIVERY COMPANY”
