“Thankfully my Raspberry Pi 5 package finally arrived after two months of waiting. I have received 9 of 10 of the items I have ordered. Only the "Official Raspberry Pi Mouse Pad V3" is missing but it's not a big deal, it's just a mouse pad, probably the staff missed it because of the huge demand of orders since the Pi 5 released. More importantly my raspberry parts shipped in great condition. I would recommend the store :)”

“Bought a Pi 5 dev kit, superb service, only reason for 4 stars is the included Raspbian Micro SD had already been used and didn't have the default password, so had to flash a new image. But Pi Hut is the only place I go for this kit, they've proved themselves over many years, excellent service.”

“Good products, 100% accurate items received. The *only* improvement would be telling the customers when their order might ship (even an estimate would be enough). Ordered Saturday, received Wednesday. Five days is totally fine, of course. Thanks for keeping this shop up and running.”

“Hi! Have used you a few times before, always excellent service! (That's why I come back!) The ONLY reason I put 4 stars and not 5 was because I forgot to order a case at the same time as the Pi5 and other bits. I realised overnight and contacted PiHut to add the case but was told that was not possible so I raised a separate order (and that included postage). All items arrived at the same time. Completely understand the delay after the Christmas break by the way.”

“Due to high demand for the product the delivery time was relatively high, but that was known and to expect and hence ok for me. I just forgot about the custom duties as it came from UK. With additional 1/5 of the product cost it is relatively high. I would not again order it from PiHut - or any other company that ship from outside the EU like UK. Here PiHut should find a better solution, already in their very own interest.”

“Waiting in what feels like forever to get a Pi5 in the USA! In all I understand it’s not the fault of the company for the Supply issues, I knocked one star was for the little communication about the process of taking so long.”
