“The case itself is excellent quaity however the screws that fix the bottom cover are not long enough they need to be 2.5mmX7mm to fully enter their threaded holes, this is noted in many customer reviews on amazon. I would appreciate if you could supply some longer screws to fix this. Lso it would be helpful if a slot to access the micro sd card was made in the case as I dual boot using nvme ssd and micro sd card.”

“I really like Pi Hut for buying electronic bits. I repaired my son's Lightning McQueen remote controlled car with items from here. It's totally the new Maplin. My only issues are the stock, which I guess on the Black Friday weekend was always going to be an issue, and I do appreciate the Notify Me button. The other is not being able to find similar items on the page. Like I bought the Soldering Iron Stand (103533) which is fine. It's a design that hasn't changed in at least 50 years. But then I discovered the more modern SS-05, and I would have liked to have been presented with the choice when buying the original.”

“Thank you for a generally good delivery of all my purchased items. Note, when I made the two separate orders on 29 Nov 2024, I was of course charged the shipping cost for each order (i.e. £3.90 x 2 = £7.80). However, on 5 Dec 2024, both orders were conveniently delivered altogether in one shipping, one package, one box. Thus I was indirectly overcharged £3.90 for unused shipping, which should be refunded rightfully to me. I would appreciate your cooperation in this matter.”

“Shipping was very fast ordered two nes usb game pads one of which has problems with the d pad having to be pressed down very hard because of the plastic inside stopping the circuit board from being flat I would give 5 stars other than that as the other pad is brilliant”

“I've always found The Pi Hut to be a pleasant shopping experience. There's a wide product range, the ordering process is easy, and the support staff are friendly and approachable. Recently, I've found that the website has become somewhat difficult to navigate using my screen-reader. I have contacted The Pi Hut regarding this issue, so hopefully they'll be able to implement a fix in the future. Overall, though, a highly recommended company.”
