“I received an incorrect order (a power supply instead of an actual PI5) but the customer service sorted it very quickly and I got my original order delivered a couple of days later.”

“Shipping was very fast ordered two nes usb game pads one of which has problems with the d pad having to be pressed down very hard because of the plastic inside stopping the circuit board from being flat I would give 5 stars other than that as the other pad is brilliant”

“I've always found The Pi Hut to be a pleasant shopping experience. There's a wide product range, the ordering process is easy, and the support staff are friendly and approachable. Recently, I've found that the website has become somewhat difficult to navigate using my screen-reader. I have contacted The Pi Hut regarding this issue, so hopefully they'll be able to implement a fix in the future. Overall, though, a highly recommended company.”

“The lack of cheaper delivery options was unfortunate. However with the existing delivery option, the item arrived earlier than expected, and the parcel was undamaged, so it wasn't all bad.”

“Delivery was very quick, too quick. I like that the products are curated for the raspberry pi. So the compatibility is certain. Prices sometimes can be high, mostly accounting for the delivery. I would have happily waited longer for a cheaper option.”

“Most of the items I wanted were i stock, a couple of small items missing and I had to choose others, I did rush the order slightly and it ended up that my friend had ordered some bits himself, I wanted to cancel the order and change it but saw it was impossible, this is a shame as if I end up sending it all back, it will have been a waste of everyones time and money.”

“The pi came quickly and as it is a present I have no idea if it works. The ordering process was not good, the site froze during the payment process and it needed a computer reset to get back .Not really knowing if the payment had been taken. Ordered again and all went well, I will have to check my account to be sure that I only paid once.”

“Really fast service. Website a bit difficult to navigate and sometimes misleading on pricing (eg keyboard offered turned out to be non-UK style). Easier to find products using Google than via the website. Info on products incomplete (software on SD card not specified). FAQs written by nerds and not helpful to newbies. Generally excessive use of jargon. However, once you fight you way through all this, products are well-priced and generally of good quality.”
