“Bought 2 items, a DAC HAT and a taller case. The DAC is good and produces much sound quality than the internal A/V ouput. The case is an other matter. Despite checking by email in advance that it would fit, it doesn't ... well not without some minor surgery on the DAC board. Also the case is awkward to assemble, esp. with out any instructions. I found you have to fit the HAT AFTER inserting the main Pi board into the case; I would have strongly preferred to assemble the complete PI + HAT BEFORE putting iit in the case. Not a case i would but again :-(”

“My only 2 cents is that once placed the order, it’s not possible to cancel the order. Often, I forget to add items and I have to make another order… otherwise it’s great”

“Smooth and quick delivery. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is becuase my raspberry pi box was in a larger box with no padding, so it was sliding and banging around. Though it functions fine.”

“One item was missing from the order, but the customer support response was great - I receved the missing item the day afterwards. One little bit of feedback would be that it would be nice to speak to a real person rather than rely on a web form. I know it's perhaps a little 'old school' what with everyone using text messages, but I still think it's good to be able to talk....”

“Everything went smoothly - high quality products, everything arrived on time and I’ve had an all round great experience. But for some products they can be found cheaper on Amazon when factoring in shipping but when you purchase from Pi Hut at least you know there definitely compatible.”
