“Terrible, accepted order then refunded it because they said product was recalled. Strange how I was able to purchase it from pimoroni and the product is fine. I would have been more understanding had they offered an alternative rather than just completely cancelling order and refunding money, and walking away. Terrible approach to customers.”

“Ordered a wiFi USB dongle for my model B. The website says it’s specifically made for the Radpberry Pi and supported by the standard distributions. But when I tried both the latest Bullseye and Legacy Buster images neither recognised the dongle and loaded a driver”

“Unfortunately, very bad! The package was on the way for a whole month! But still they could not deliver and she went back to the sender. I asked the operator to send it again after receiving it, but to a different address. I was refused, and the reason was: "we can't do it"”

“The shop is clear and the items are perfectly described. It's the central point for finding Pi's great novelties. 5 stars for this As the shipping is concerned, I still got nothing. Tracking says it's still in London after 10 days. (-->3 stars) And eventually was fined 30£ through customs taxes. So that was my last order. Sorry for you, sorry for me. That same product is 5£ more expensive in Belgium but still cheaper at the end. Brexit sucks. (-->1 star)”

“Got it for my nephew and it didn't come with instructions on how to build or use. No labeling on the different resistors so I have to try and find out what they are before he uses them. And the online instructions at camjam.me/edukit are useless for a beginner to understand and just end up taking you to GitHub to download code with no description on what you are doing”

“e are not happy on how our order being dealt. We have placed an order PO/138785 on 14 dec (wed) and paid extra £9.99 for next day delivery from DHL and until today we DONT have an order with us. i dont see what is the point of having a next day delivery option when you cant fulfill it, as promised. As this is extermely urgent product and our entire production has stopped just cause the pi hut cannot fulfill THE order as promised.”

“Very disappointing experience with PiHut !!! I ordered the advent calendar on the 14th of November. The 7th of December, I still do not receive the calendar... Why did PiHut wait so long to send it to me (29th of November) ? Finally, the calendar arrived today (the 08th of December) but the raspberry pico wasn't in the box... Very disappointing!!! I'll NEVER order at PiHut !!!”
