“My experience is great with you as a company. The custom put a fee on the package entering Sweden so I hade to pay extra for that. It was not so good, I will think on that next time I will put an order.”

“Everything came intact and the shipping is SO fast. I live in New Zealand and what would have taken anywhere from 2 weeks to a month in shipping took about 7 days! Only issue I have is that a couple of the jumper wires they shipped arrived broken. A display I purchased stopped working within a few months but I think that the product's fault.”

“Delivery was fine, even though it took a long time, which was mostly my fault. I didn't realize I could order it from PiHut US. I later discovered that the SD card had Raspberry Pi OS 32 bit, not 64 bit, so I had to reimage the SD card, but no problem. Its running now and I'm composing this feed back on it. Thanks”

“A very useful site and mostly easy to navigate. When one has B B+ 3B 3B+ etc with millimetre differences of fit, it caused me a bit of confusion when buying a case. Some products marked very sensibly ... but I wonder about the 3B+ ( which I have just bought) being marked as compatible with the 3B .... they are different sizes and for some things it is actually compatible with the B+ and not the 3B. One star knocked off for that - otherwise a brilliant and useful site.”

“The delivery was blazingly fast, receiving the parcel only a day after I placed the order. The prices were fair, however upon inspection the quality of some of the products were slightly disappointing. In particular, the 400 point breadpoint ordered seemed to have loosen its contact points after several uses, a problem I do not have with similar products. Two jumper wires lost their pins whilst I was using them, which could've been as a result of brute force on my behalf (which is very likely, as others did not break). Overall, the experience was great, including the short amount of time to find the items I wanted to purchase and the variety that they offered. I'd give this a 4.5 out of 5 if I was able to.”

“Arrived nice and quickly and well packaged, but quite lacking on the documentation side of things. Not having had a Pi before, I had no idea how to put things together without some research. At least something describing what is in the box would have helped for the newbs out there. Got there in the end though, and all is working well.”

“My RPi5 was delivered very quickly. I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay for delivery on an overall basket value of over £100, which is unseen elsewhere. Happy with items, quality and speed of delivery though.”

“Nothing to say about The Pi Hut, the order was sent on time and very well packed, the prices are very fair, really a good experience with the store. The negative point comes from DHL, the tracking service is a joke, and the package took almost 2 weeks between the notification it was taken and the delivery... You definitively should use another postal service!”
