“I bought a Raspberry Pi 4 B with an Micro-HDMI to HDMI adapter and a power supply. All of them are working great and are of good quality, only the package of the Raspberry Pi was damaged at a corner, but it did not affect the Pi itself.”

“Arrived promptly. The items i have tried out work. However there was slight damage to the pan tilt unit. not sure if it will affect its functionality, as not had chance to try yet. hopefully it is purely aesthetic.”

“The store was great with the selection and payment. Only problem came choosing Royal Mail for delivery as there app is atrocious for letting you know when delivery will take place. Said it was going to be on friday morning, I finally had to go to depot on Monday morning as they missed all there delivery targets on the app. The home assistant green works really well after the 3 updates last night.”

“Ordered an 8GB Pi5 and power adapter from them, and recieved the wrong Pi. Customer support was extremely friendly and helpful, with RMAs sent immediately after my report. Overall very good service and shipping times, would be 5 stars if they nailed it first time!”

“Unit look good and turns on ,setting up an account to use it is simple once you actually find the option. Unfortunately thats as far as i can get, burner software refuses to burn software and refuses to connect to my wifi( neither 24 or 5 gig bands).so until i can cet it working its just a paper weight.”

“I ordered a Pi zero WH from Pi Hut, but I have to admit I had ordered from Amazon first, twice, but as both of them arrived without the pre=soldered header, I decided to try some one more professional! Sadly, and I'm sure through no fault of Pi Hut, although the correct one was sent, it arrived with a fault. I was told to return it for a replacement, which shoud arrive in the next couple of days. So far, although a bit dissappointed, I am satisfied with Pi Hut's service.”

“Love the website, love the selection. The only criticism is there is no way to track your order once it’s shipped. Doesn’t have to be on your website, but at least a tracking number emailed to me would be nice.”

“The experience was great, from browsing webshop until ordering and delivery. Only thing I'd prefer in the future is that invoice is put in the box instead of puting it outside of the box so everybody can see what's inside and what is the price.”

“Dispatch and delivery was fast. Packing was good. Some items surprisingly higher priced compared to competitors but perhaps this is down to the quality of the items being assured. I particularly appreciate the selection of items which are PiHut branded and the anecdotal experience provided in the description of most items especially items which are on the cheaper end of the scale with no known brand name such as water pumps which makes it easier to buy with confidence as it's super hard to purchase items sometimes and know what kind of quality you're getting without trying first. Overall would recommend but wish I could order later in the day than 2pm for next day delivery even at higher cost when I am urgently wanting something or feeling impatient.”

“I received the pi4B starter pack that includes the case and a power supply. Packaging was good with fast next day delivery, if I ever need any accessories or extras in the future I will be sure to order them from The Pi Hut.”
