“Shopping experience was good. All items delivered promptly. Not sure the LCD module is working. Unfortunately as the item is plastic packaged PiHut have to assume 3rd party items are 100%, but could be Uno4 Wifi board Unfortunately I'm new to this, and no mount ot sample code, Tutorials, YouYTube videos can get it working-so pretty dissapointing first experience. reluctant to keep buying I2C modules just to see which side of the comms is at fault - Hmmm”

“Next-day delivery and great service. Lots of options at very reasonable prices. My browser struggled a little with the site, though. The buttons to select how much RAM I wanted on my Raspberry Pi were unresponsive, and I had to edit my cart a couple of times before my order matched what I wanted.”

“The Pi Hut was good, sent me a Home Assistant Green that works fine, and sent it quick! My only gripe is that they used Royal Mail and with me being at work and them delivering at whatever time during the day that suits them, I missed two deliveries because they wouldn't follow the instructions I'd added about where to leave the parcel. Probably cos it would mean climbing to the third floor of my black of flats! So eventually I had to go to the parcel office after work, and it was closed!!! They only open from 8am to 10am !! So I had a 2 day delay in getting my parcel. WATCH OUT - SEE IF YOU CAN CHOOSE ANOTHER DELIVERY COMPANY”

“Very easy to browse and place an order. Was a little disappointed with the DHL courier and would suggest a different one to Pi Hut (maybe DPD) but this is not the fault of Pi Hut. The products were all as expected and no issues. I am new to raspberry pi but I look forward to learning and building more.”

“It was delivered in time. I am happy with the product and use it in combi with sonoff dongle. Note that the other dongle advertised is hardly available (zbt-1). Best is to sell together as a single product.”

“I was surprised that the Raspberry Pi 4B didn’t come with a detailed instruction manual or guide. The hardware itself is impressive—powerful enough for a variety of projects, from DIY electronics to more advanced setups. However, I expected at least a basic guide to help users get up and running, especially for those new to the Raspberry Pi or its environment.”

“Arrived quicker than expected and the product is great! Literally half the price of many other outlets at the time of order. My only issue, hence the minus one star, is when the postman handed me the box, their was a lot of rattling. When I opened the box, the packaging air bag/bubble type thing was flat, no air in it, just a flat sheet of plastic. It may have popped in transit when the products inside applied pressure to it? I am sure it was not placed in their already deflated.”
