“Quick delivery. One of the CamJam kits had popped open in the box and the parts had fallen out, so it might be helpful to have some packaging that holds the box together. Overall good service.”

“Dispatched and arrived within 2 days of purchase. Item arrived without any bubble padding and customer services assured me immediately that my warranty is valid for a year should this of affected anything! Price is amazing for the specs (16gb rp5) and I cannot wait to finish the project now! Thanks again for everything!”

“The products ordered were fine and delivered quickly. However, it is cheeky to charge shipping on two orders and then dispatch them as one - thus saving shipping costs but not sharing that saving!”

“Very quick delivery, only snag was I was unable to purchase a LiPo battery. Despite living on mainland uk I was unable to purchase due to courier restrictions- probably a website glitch, but couldnt be bothered to fight through it and purchased elsewhere. Hopefully fixed by next time?”

“Easy to find all items on the site I needed and items delivered promptly. My only concern with the order was when ordering the v3 camera module, pi zero and what I thought was the required ribbon cable to connect the 2. It wasn't made obvious on the product page that this cable was already included with the camera and so no extra purchase was required.”

“I ordered a raspberry pi 500. It arrived promptly but rattled. There was something loose in the keyboard, which gave me quality control concerns. The customer service was good with a return accepted and new unit posted , however it’s been a while since my initial purchase and I’m still pi-less”

“I bought the "Paramount 2 - Raspberry Pi 4 Fan Case" to replace my old broken case. My expectations were not based on anything other than appearance. It's very nice, with a real retro look thanks to the wooden plates. Assembly is pretty straightforward. Small points that are not blocking but could be improved: - the space between the case and the fan power cables is just right, which can cause the plug to pop out when the case is placed in position - the case has no locking system with the base. You therefore need to be careful when moving it All in all, it's a very good product with good air circulation that keeps the fan on 3.5v.”

“The products came fast and got safely delivered, Nothing seems to be wrong with the products they where easy to find and purchase. It was also easy to find out what is compatible with the projects I have brought, and comes with document on how to use them from the site. Even though I still haven't got mine to work but I'm assuming that's just a me problem.”

“Contents: All the goods arrived in working order except the Raspberry Pi Power Supplies. The earth pin does not have the end-chamfers all the way to the sides, therefore have a step and a burr protruding around the edges. So plugging in to certain sockets was impossible. As the earth pin is made of plastic it dosen't take much filing down the edges, (if one has a file). Delivery: Not the Pi Hut, 'per se', but DHL messing up my daily schedule by showing on their tracking website; "it will be delivered Today" (Monday), then "Tuesday" and then back to "Monday". I'm assuming The Pi Hut maybe got involved at this point. I prefered Royal Mail Tracking.”

“My ordering experience was fantastic, the delivery speed was very very fast and everything arrived in one box which I like as often boxes from other places are too big and wasteful. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was because my UPS came with a battery that has already lost capacity. I have only charged it three times to test the maximum capacity and out of 1000mAh it only gets 845. This could just be a QC issue with my specific unit. Otherwise fully happy!”

“Pi5 arrived within 2 days. Brilliant packaged all 7p and running same day. Only minor comment was that I orde4ed the fan and heatsink, not realising the case came with its own fan and heatsink. Apart from that, perfect”

“The PI 5 that was part of my order is, like all previous PI computers, absolutely amazing. The only issue I have with the downloadable OS is that sudo is wide open by default, but that's just a personal preference of mine. Easy to remedy. The other part of my order was a Shelly Gen3 and a Shelly temperature sensor. The documentation is weak and as far as I can see the only way to do most things is to use the Shelly app, which is not what most Raspberry PI developers are likely to want to do.”

“I can't fault anything in terms of quality of product, speed in which they came or the overall experience of shopping with Pi Hut. My only concern was the protection, or lack of, when the parcel arrived. There was nothing to fill out the box so when shaken you could hear things getting bashed around. However, saying that, everything did come in one piece and worked as expected - just wasn't what I expected when i opened the box, and made me cringe a bit,knowing how postal services can handle parcels... Would recommend.”
