“Good website, intuitive to follow, nice graphic and prompt service. As an oldie buying for Grandchildren I would have preferred a little more detail, especially on essential components that completes the kit. Also, as they were presents, an option for decent wrapping.”

“Very good service and great product. Lack of stock at the moment is frustrating but clearly a larger problem that just at the PiHut. Would also like the option of specific day delivery rather than 'next day' or within 2-5 days to ensure I will be home when my purchases arrive.”

“Pros: Great products. Easy to find what you're looking for. Cons: shipping is high(but I am in USA and they are in UK), a lot of things are out of stock(but that's everywhere).”

“Excellent - I ordered mine as soon as it was announced and got it the next day from The Pi Hut. The only problem, is they only allow one per purchase. I need 4 of these and I don't want to pay the £2.99 postage each time !”

“Pi Hut is a great delivery company. Most of my orders have arrived safely with no damage! I have been using this to learn engineering. The only time something was damaged was a minor strap.”

“Usual excellent service. For the item bought (Pi5 Kit) I did not begrudge the postage price, espeacially considering the quality of packaging. I do however question paying the same postage for a single SD card as has happened in the past. An SD card only requires an envelope and 2nd class stamp (£2?), £3.90 is a bit much.”
