“Good prices and happy with products ordered. Dropped 1 Star only because I forgot to add a low value item, emailed them well before order was dispatched, but they wouldn’t manually add the item for me. Not worth ordering the low value item from them separately because of postage costs so I’ll just order from Amazon. I would still shop at Pi Hut again though.”

“I ordered a small fan controller for the Pi 4. It is priced at a reasonable £4, but I had to pay about £9 total. I chose the cheapest delivery option as I dont really mind how long it takes. But I payed DOUBLE the price? Why is it so expensive? Thanks :)”

“Well, The delivery was fast and the packaging was very professional, all the items very intact and no complains whatsoever. ThePieHut is helping us new learners get started quickly and start to develop our skills without much being nervous or scared of the difficulties with the detailed descriptions and more kits to learn and start than ever. The one thing I still feel there are a lot of items that could have been cheaper. However, I do appreciate the pie hut being a "small player" compared to the competitors have to cut the costs and stuff like that, but still, could have been nicer to have cheaper wires and connectors. Maybe this will change in the future, maybe not, but I think the pie is on a good direction, both humanity wise and the business wise, so, Thank you, for this platform for us to get all our needs to be fulfilled at one place and without much of a hassle.”

“(For internal use/improvementonly, jk you can do what you like) The website was easy to use and navigate, my order arrived within 2 days of placing the order. However my order did arrive damaged, I believe this was most likely due to the type of packaging used in this situation. I would like to kindly suggest that the cardboard letter box packaging be used more often, to help prevent damaged while in transit. The team was amazing at not only responding to the issues raises, they also sorted out a replacement and ensured it was delivered within the next day. So overall I had a great experience despite the small hiccup^ I hope this review can help you in some way.”

“As usual, I was pleased with the whole purchase experience including a fast delivery but they lose one star for one of the SMD boxes having a crack in the lid. I don't think it was during shipping because there was no damage to the box and it was well packed so was probably there before packaging but no one noticed it.”

“Shop is easy to navigate. As someone new to Arduino, it would be great if there was more info on compatibility, I've bought something that I'm not sure is compatible with the Arduino I am using and it's been difficult (even on Google) getting a direct answer about compatibility.”
