It’s impossible for me to rate the quality of the merchandise I purchased at The PiHut. I placed the order in March and now it’s nearly May and I have not received anything. The tracking from DHL has shown the items in Frankfurt, Germany since 1 April with no progress from there. I realize the pandemic has slowed things but this is ridiculous. I have asked for a refund but got a request to review their service instead. This is the review.

I have no clue as to where the order is, not arrived and maybe it was too small to get here, 90 degree headers.. I asked for assistance but only got an email to ask how great they are. Really disappointed.

The cricket I purchased did not work - would not connect via WiFi so was unable to configure the device. Support just passed me on to the device supplier.

Let’s see...never got what I ordered. Only received ONE email to say it’s on the way. Never received a tracking number. Never going to be ordering from you again.

i write here a sad reality, living in Italy i paid 27€ out of an order of 50€ in customs taxes not announced in the website. The products are great, as always, but sadly this will be last time i'll buy from GB Hope you'll find a solution, I would like to help in any way

I ordered some parts on the 28th of February and they are still yet to arrive. Support was quick to respond and I was told that my order would be reshipped. I have not been notified about my new shipment whatsoever! It has become a nuisance to persistently have to follow up on the status of our deal: paying cash for parts from thepihut.com I liked the website, but not knowing the status of my order has made the whole experience simply sub-par.

Well they would have got 5 stars apart from their ridiculous policy of only allowing me to by 1 raspi 0 at a time. I mean what do they think a person will do if you cant buy what you need from a single shop???? YOU GO AND BUY IT FROM SOMWHERE ELSE!! So i got both pi's but had to pay double postage.... ABSOLOUTLY POINTLESS. BAD FOR THE CUSTOMER AND THE ENVIROMENT!! The Pi hut themselves offer good prices and fast service, its a pity the screwed it up by rationing.

After now four weeks and have received nothing of my ordered items yet. I cannot give you more than one star. A few weeks ago I asked for an ETA and the answer from you, was that it could be because of a wrong address - No te address is correct - or the delay was because of the covid-19.

I had a really poor experience with your customer service team. I required an item for a public art exhibition next week but unfortunately it was lost by Royal Mail. Your customer service team was quick to respond when I raised this issue which I appreciated, however I did not receive the result that I was legally entitled to. I explained that the parcel had been lost and that I needed a replacement urgently. I therefore insisted that you didn't use Royal Mail again (I can't rely on their service at the moment) and asked whether there was an alternative shipping carrier I could use. I was told this wasn't possible so I instead requested a refund as I knew the replacement wouldn't arrive in time with Royal Mail. Several hours after my email I was told that the replacement had been shipped and I couldn't have a refund. I would instead have to wait to receive the parcel, return the item and then have a refund processed. Why would you ship the item when I was still asking questions? Not only has this experience been a big inconvenience but I also can't help but feel like you shipped the item to try and avoid granting a refund and are now just holding on to my money. I had come to you after hearing some good recommendations so was really disappointed to receive this service.

Found one of the particle is in the box from the micro bit is fallen from the micro bit compiler . Kindly let me know what todo next steps in fixing it or replacement
