“Very good site, with a nice range of components. Delivery came quickly and was well packaged. I will definitely be ordering from these again. There are a few minor issues with the website which would help a lot if they were fixed: - The search facility is terrible. If you enter more than one word you get results for each individual word, not a combined result. For example "keycaps" brings up 89 results, "blank keycaps" brings up 1280 results. - Most components don't have links to spec, which becomes frustrating when looking at electrical components. For example I ordered a slider pot but there is no documentation on which pins do what or on specific dimensions, which is pretty standard on similar websites.”

“I have bought components for raspberry pi in the past some time ago but it has never taken so long to receive the order! We are on the 21st and I placed the order on September 15th! I haven't received the order yet. From the Netherlands, best regards! Finally, I received the package today, September 28, with an extra cost of 20.61 euros (import taxes from outside the EU). Thanks anyway!”

“Second order from PiHut. Fast, efficient service, with clear tracking of the process from order to final delivery. The product was destined as a gift, unfortunately, it was packaged in a way that does not provide any indication of the contents or functionality, thereby not creating any excitement when opened. This was remedied by downloading and printing the spect sheet and including it in the wrapping.”

“I dropped one star from the audio adaptor as it didn’t work out of the box on my pi 400. I had to alter the audio settings in the 400. As I’m not that familiar with Linux it took me a while to figure out. Would have been nice if a piece paper in with device told me to change the default settings.”

“Website very easy to use; price good; delivery fast; product worked fine. There was one quirk - the 'Hat' I bought came with only two legs (or 'standoffs'. I queried this and was told it was because "This is usually sitting on the GPIO pins which eliminates the need for 4 standoffs" - but my Pi Zero does not have any GPIO pins fitted currently so really it does need 4 standoff legs. That aside all good, would use again.”

“Nice well laid out website, it was easy to navigate. You had many hard to find items. As a customer from the USA, I chose the fastest (and most expensive shipping) only to find out that the DHL trucks I see running around town every day were not carrying my package. My Pi Hut order had gotten within 65 miles of my home and been handed off to the United States Postal Service. They move like turtles wading through peanut butter in January. Thank you for the great packing job as they were unable to destroy the contents. If it is going to take 6 days and be delivered by USPS might as well not pay the extra to DHL.”

“The kit is great and wasn't missing anything, all works well. The only reason I gave 4 stars was there was a slight issue with the website on my phone. I was browsing through and adding stuff to my cart, and I was switching between the cart and the website. When I came to checkout, the cart wouldn't process it. So wrote everything I wanted down, I cleared down the cart, left and returned to the site added everything to the cart and then went in and checked out. Unsure if it was a glitch or has happened to others, also not a big deal but thought I would highlight it. Cheers”

“Great selection of components. I especially love the descriptions each product has been given, it really helps in making sure I buy what I think I'm buying and that it would work as I want it to. However the website needs a category for just components in addition to the microcomputer brand catgeories. When i first visited Pi Hut I thought that was all you sold and no switches or linear regulators etc. Something like Prototyping>switches,connectors,passive electronics... Think of all the fun you'd have manually categorising everything you sell!”
