“2 sdcard and a tiny USB reader in an 8" square bag... Took a while to find which corner they were lurking in. I guess this email was sent out when you expected these to arrive.. CalMac and Scottish weather have other ideas. I find that patience is more essential than a virtue when receiving post here This survey is nuts.. The next question: how did you communicate with the company? Live Chat, email, telephone. Err, none as it was a Web site order”

“Good service, only downside is when something is out of stock there really is no way to know when it's back in stock. An ETA would be great to show some idea when an item is expected back in.”

“Parts arrived, packaged well and in good time. The outer packaging does make it very clear that there may be expensive parts inside unfortunately as it was marked with the brands that PiHut sell and some of those items are very expensive.”

“Bought an RGB Christmas Tree. It is to replace one I broke -- it's lots of fun, but too easy to plug in misaligned, which killed it. This is a general Pi problem rather than a Pi Hut issue. Bought a case for a 7" screen and Pi4. Unfortunately, the touch function on my screen has died. Not Pi Huit's fault. I had a bad day.”
