“Purchased a USB sata thing and a USB 2 way Switch. Both do what they should do. The USB Multiplexer/Switch, as its called on their site, is really worth having and at a bargain price, a shame there is no suitable case. The Pi Hut supplied and delivered them without undue haste or hassle.”

“Mum had lost the battery compartment for her Christmas Jumper, found an excellent replacement on PiHut which worked perfectly and was delivered quickly. The only downside, which is why I cant give five stars, was the high delivery cost for such a small item.”

“The order process was great and the products I received are also great. My only issue is with delivery - usually when you buy a lot of items from a website you get free deliver over £X. No such promotion here which is a real shame; I don’t run a small business so I don’t know the complexities of offering free shipping so I can’t complain too much about the cost. I can complain about DPD, however, as the delivery person didn’t deliver my products on the day I was told (despite my being in all day) and was instead delivered the next day. Not a huge problem but I did organise my day around that time slot which annoyed me hugely. Again not a direct problem with Pi hut but thought I should let you know in case there are better options out there for shipping. Thanks, really loving my pi and eager to get more involved with it.”

“Overall a good experience, good products and a great price. One star dropped because an item I wanted was out of stock and I had to find alternative ways of completing my (small) project or pay for another delivery from another supplier. That said, I shall definitely come back to the Pi Hut.”

“I've only just received it, and it looks great. I would note, though, for prospective buyers that the "hat" is not included or bundled with the display. The display is only the display, and the hat is only the hat. So If you're expecting a rather plug and play experience, you'll likely need to be sure you include both items.”

“The website was responsive and the checkout process was very easy, with a good amount of payment options. There were issues scrolling the sidebar on Firefox mobile, and not being able to save items to a wishlist is disappointing. Other than that a very pleasant experience.”
