“I am sorry to say this, but, I have just received an order without any receipt, instructions or help. The Tiny Board was bouncing about within a larger cardboard box. Trying to find an affordable MKR board ( not the Portenta H7 ) to mount this shield is proving frustrating!”

“I payed for next day delivery and stayed at home all day. DHL provided a way to track the courier on map. They never came close to the delivery address but at 17:45 sent a message saying the parcel was not delivered because no one was home. I payed for the next day delivery for a reason. Luckily, somebody was at the address next day an was able to receive a package but I don't know now when I will be able to pick it up from them”

“The RPI 4B was fine, it works great, but the shipping took ages and traveled halfway across Europe before it finally ever eventually showed up here. DHL could get it here much faster than you had them do....”

“I have been waiting over a year and a half to get a Rasberry PI 4. I was finally able to order one earlier this week. Delivery was pretty good and I received it within 3 days. I am a little concerned though as the box it came it was crushed. The board itself seems alright but due to work commitments i have not been able to test it yet.”

“The thing you guys need to improve on is the shipping, it's slow. At the time of writing this I still haven't gotten my package. Number two is price, if I got to pishop.us I get tracked and fast shipping for only 10 bucks but if I go to the pi hut for 10 bucks I get slow not tracked shipping. Another thing about the shipping is I don't know who it's going though, I'm guessing it's usps but I don't know. The only thing you guys are doing really good is the layout of your website. It's easy to find anything, and it's clean. So you just need to improve on the shipping and that's all to complain about.”

“The checkout process was very good, no issues whatsoever and quick shipping notification very shortly. However, the order was supposed to have been shipped on Thursday (July 6) on Royal Mail 1st class and it hasn't been delivered on Friday or Saturday. I'm still waiting for it and as I haven't got a tracked delivery there's no way to find out if something happened.”

“Caveat emptor: PiHut allows *no changes whatsoever* to an order once it is placed. Although this is hidden among their "terms and conditions," in actuality, it should be made *abundantly clear* during the ordering process. Or, better yet, don't be an ass and allow changes before the item has shipped (but I know internet orders go directly to a warehouse that you mustn't be able to control). I contacted customer service 10 minutes after placing my order, and the response I got was, "We have a "no quibbles" return policy, so you can return your item once you receive it if you are dissatisfied." Sure, buster, you know I won't be returning something when I don't live in the UK and I've already paid through the nose for overseas shipping. As it stands, in the future I will be ordering from PiHut only as a last resort.”
