“The Power switch doesn't appear to work (the one that actually resembles a light switch). Also, it should be clearer that you need a micro HDMI - I mean, who has one of those???? Not happy”

“The whole shopping is experience is great, but soiled by being able to buy just one rpi... i wouldn't mind waiting for a few weeks to simply order as many as I need... this way, I order one but get annoyed and go for a different platform just because I'm not willing to get one at a time... Time to move manufacturing perhaps?”

“The product and delivery were great but there were delays with shipping with no updates. After a time there was a banner on the site warning dispatch was taking longer than usual and I was happy from that point, but for a while, I thought my order had gone astray.”

“Shipping took much longer than expected from the UK, I also looked and should have bought the ts101 elsewhere, AZ had it with a charger and accessories for the same price as what I paid for just the iron. The products are fine, just paid more and waited longer than expected.”

“I was not sure how to rate this. The purchase experience was excellent. Very good communication on lead times and delivery status. I am upgrading from a Pi4. The performance of the Pi5 is excellent. However, the Pi5 and Bookworm are posing some issues. I am running in X11 (not Wayland) with Java 11. I am finding issues with HDMI configuration. I have it working with compromise and am experiencing some instability. James.”

“Expected the Pi5 to arrive in the New Year, so pleased it arrived before Xmas. Not tested it yet as need to download the new version of RPi OS. All good. 3 Stars as the package was damp, the charger packaging inside was slightly damp too, which is a bit concerning given the Royal Mail is entrusted to deliver electronics. Worth checking how this could've happened.”

“Parts arrived on time as there never be an issue with this. But out of the four Atting85, I could only manage to program only 2 of them. As for the SparkFun Tiny AVR Programmer, it took a couple of days to get it working. Will look for replacement Attiny85 ICs.”

“Have no problem with waiting for the R Pi 5 due to the scarcity of new product introductions... but the lag in shipping.. two weeks later and still not here.. yeah, I am in US, so I expect that, but still feels a bit too long...”

“Item was as described, delivered on schedule. However it was a small box within a larger box with no packing to stop the small box flying around during handling. Fortunately there doesn't appear to be damage.”

“I ordered 3 pihut advent calendars all in the same basket on Friday morning last week for family members dotted around the country. I paid to have them delivered to my house the next day using DHL expecting them to arrive on Monday as DHL wouldn't deliver them over the weekend. To my surprise, each of the advent calendars were dispatched as individual parcels by different routes, one by DHL and two by Royal Mail and none of them arrived until Tuesday lunchtime. This seems a very inefficient method to dispatch them and it was not what I paid for. The advent calendars are being used and so far so good.”
