“Great selection of diy electronics at reasonable prices. My only niggle is maybe that shipping could have been slightly faster (and tracking would habe been nice), but maybe we're all just spoiled by amazon.”

“Generally it was very good reliable service and I am happy. Nitpicking...Delivery cost was a bit high (7GBP), for what was eventually dispatched after a couple of days with next day DHL in a small parcel (25x11x14cm). One small item (rechargeable RTC battery) did not come with an adhesive pad that is supposed to be supplied. At 5GBP for a simple rechargeable battery I was not expecting a problem, quite the opposite, I paid such a high price to avoid any problem. Support ticket raised, awaiting response.”

“Order dispatched quickly and received well packaged and in good condition. Dropped one star because courier originally said delivery was due on Monday, then messaged on Saturday to say delivery would be any time during that day - would be good to have alternative / choice of courier.”

“I was pleased to see that the Raspberry pi 5 was finally available for immediate delivery and my order was delivered very quickly at exactly the time I was told. Everything was present in the box and was easy to set up, apart maybe from the fan in the case which I had to check online how to plug into the the Pi. Like many geeky people I feel a failure if I have to look up the instructions for anything! The one problem I did encounter was that the operating system on the SD card that came in the kit did not work. It looked like something went wrong with the writing as the SD card worked when I flashed it again with the Raspberry Pi Imager. It's a simple process but this is the only reason I awarded 4 stars rather than 5. I'm impressed with the performance of the Pi 5 and I also have a 1,2,3 and 4. Definitely a significant improvement on Pi 4.”

“Loads of good products to choose from. This time took longer tha usual to dispatch: a few days ; normally my things have been dispatched same day or if not, then next day. Maybe just a blip. Not that they were urgently required.”

“Luckily my order arrived in good condition, however, its packaging was far from good, my PI board was in its static proof zip bag in a padded bag, which only had minimal protection, so could have been easily damaged, past orders have always been packaged securely, so I'm hoping this won't be repeated.”

“RPi5 ordered late one evening and delivered promptly a day and a bit later. Very good service. The good news. Less so, and reason for loss of star, on booting or attempting to; a complete failure. Fortunately, I had a spare 128gb SD card. Downloaded operating system to this and all was mostly plain sailing. Almost a super little machine, it can cope well with everything, TinkerCAD, Cura,Libreoffice (eventually), and g mail. Loss of sound is a great backward step, and the main reason I won't buy another.”
